Mr.
Krueger concentrates his practice in all areas of tax planning and asset
protection planning for closely-held businesses and individuals.
Mr.
Krueger’s business practice includes entity and tax minimization planning for
partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations. Mr. Krueger also represents clients in the
acquisition and disposition of businesses.
A primary emphasis is placed on the transfer of business interests to
family members or key employees in the most tax efficient manner to provide
the second (or third) generation with the best opportunity of continuing the
closely-held business.
Mr.
Krueger also devotes a significant portion of his practice to implementing
domestic and international asset protection strategies to protect
professionals and entrepreneurs. Such
planning involves the creative design and implementation of sophisticated
planning techniques involving family limited partnerships, family
corporations, private placement life insurance and various types of domestic
and international trusts.
Mr.
Krueger frequently counsels clients with respect to their charitable planning
objectives, including the establishment and operation of private family
foundations. His practice likewise
involves the creation of comprehensive and innovative Estate Plans and Family
Wealth Preservation Plans to assist families in their objective to preserve
family wealth and/or closely-held businesses.
Mr.
